Tenders submission deadline: 19/01/2017 (13:00)
This tender concerns a KCE project that will develop a national governance, dissemination and implementation plan for Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) in Belgium. At present, many EBP initiatives are taken by various stakeholders, both for the development of materials based on scientific evidence as for its distribution to health care providers. These initiatives are not always aligned, and the ultimate use of EBP in practice is still underdeveloped.
The first stage of this study, conducted by the KCE, aims on the one hand to create an inventory of what already exists in Belgium and, secondly, the determination and analysis of user needs. Based on this knowledge a governance plan and a dissemination / implementation plan of EBP for Belgium will be developed.
The subject of the present call concerns the establishment of a governance plan for Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) in Belgium, and the outlining of a strategy to facilitate EBP implementation and adoption in end-users (health professionals). This should be done in close cooperation with the KCE.

- proven knowledge and experience of organizational governance and management principles in the public sector,
- proven expertise in change management, behavioral change and social marketing,
- mastery of both spoken and written Dutch and French,
