KCE Reports 376C (2024)The fifth edition of the Belgian Performance Report was published in 2024. It analyses our health system along six dimensions: accessibility, quality, efficiency, sustainability, equity and resilience (NEW 2024). In addition, it also analyses four specific domains of care : preventive care, mental health care, care for the elderly and end-of-life care. The result is a dashboard containing 142 indicators.The report highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the system using green, orange and red “lights”.

KCE Reports 313C (2019)The fourth edition of the Belgian Performance Report was published in 2019. In addition, five specific care topics have been examined: preventive care, mental health care, care for the elderly, end-of-life care, and care for mothers and newborns. The result is a dashboard containing 121 indicators.The report highlights the strengths and weaknesses using “green lights” and “red lights”.

KCE Reports 292C (2017)KCE was asked to compile an inventory of all health goals defined at the federal level, as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). There are already a number of them, but they are quite disparate. It is therefore necessary to give them a common thread and a framework, for example via a platform that coordinates the policy of setting objectives.
