| Participants (P) | Adult patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma and for whom radiochemotherapy is indicated |
| Intervention (I) | Radiotherapy with reduced irradiation volume: CTV = 10 mm + concurrent and adjuvant temozolomide |
| Control (C) | Radiotherapy with standard irradiation volume: CTV = 15 mm + concurrent and adjuvant temozolomide |

| Trial Design | A non-inferiority design was chosen since reduction of the irradiation volume is expected to reduce side-effects. Several secondary endpoints will be evaluated to support the clinical benefit of the investigational arm. |
